Go to Properties -> Zombie and change the ZombieAlias.

__Z0MBI3__ has a very nice zombie skin.

There's skins that are: Herobrine, Notch, Honeydew (he has a dwarf skin) and that's really it. You may use any skin you could ever think of and remember, use _Ultima_'s information:
