Note: For you it may take more time setting up than Windows.
b. Linux/MacOSDo the Following in order
- Download mono framework from
http://www.mono-project.com it will allow you to run .Net programs on Linux/MacOS,
- You can use in-built SQLite database or for a maximum stability install MySQL, that is free for a non commercial use,
- Edit properties that are located in 'properties' folder. The main property file is "server.properties",
- Start the server by executing

mono MCDziennyCLI.exe
OR
- Code: Select all
mono --gc=sgen MCDziennyCLI.exe
The flag sets garbage collector to SGEN that may work a bit better, use it only if you get out-of-memory exceptions.
Lastly, if for some reason you didn't start the Server with "MCDziennyCLI.exe" then that's the problem you should report in the help section of the forum!
