Server Keeps Throwing Errors

Do you think if i replaced my files with new 1's it would fix it? Is Dzienny making new software? Thanks So Much

Sorry I haven't ran a server in a year and forgot how to deal with all these errors so sorry to bother you but I tried doing the new files and I ran it and it gave me now errors but it said URL found: bad heartbeat! and then after that it had the url

two more questions so sorry to bother. One where did dzienny go and will he be back. Two I fixed everything but now when people try to connect it kicks them. Thanks
