Speeding up lava

Hello i have been having a problem its probably an easy fix but everytime the lava starts coming the time runs out before the lava gets anywhere hardly the lava is really slow and i have it set on 6 mins for the lava to come but in that 6 mins it goes pretty much nowhere

Go to your Lava Survival Tab and click Lava Settings. Then click Settings ll and look for lava movement delay. Higher the number, the slower the lava. Hope i helped

Nope it still goes really slow at first i tried 2 and it was still slow so i tried 1 and it was slow to and even 0 is slow so any other suggestions?

Whats your system specs?
And whats your maximum amount of players?

That would be the problem. Your server is lagging. Theres too many players online, and you upload speed isn't good enough.
