Not responding error

the first 5 days of the server i had a few problems that i found out myself how to fix but now the server keeps crashing like mcdzenny stops workin and then it crash's can somone help me ?

6.8 is kinda buggy. You should wait 'till Dzienny updates, or revert to an older version.
