Failed To Connect. Server Down

So I can connect ot my server and it's up and working but everytime i try to get any1 else to connect it says the error in the title. I should have my server up tomorro by 11 AM EST if not earlier. If someone will try to connect and if someone will tell me how to fix this problem I would be very grateful. The server is called Freaky LavaBuilders btw. Thanks

Any errors on the server console? I've never had this happen to me. Any errors would be helpful.

No errors. I run it off my laptop because my desktop is kinda screwed up and it wont connect to minecraft.net but my laptop will so I run it off there. Also on my desktop when i try to run it it doesnt come up with a url for it so I know it won't work on there. Thanks for your help

What screen sharing program did you have in mind?

I was thinking teamviewer. I know this might take longer but if you want to could we try it on my desktop first I have more access to that. The only reason I was running it off my laptop was because I cna connect to minecraft.net form the laptop and not desktop and when i try to run it on desktop it doesnt even give me a url. Yes, teamviewer is good. Now I'm not sure what timezone you are in. That could pose a problem. The time I had in mind was
5 PM GMT +1. That good for you?

Is there anyway we cna do it 3pm or 4pm your time?

Yep, I'm avaliable from 1PM to around 7-8PM.
