I am still getting this error. I am using MySQL and the server still runs, however i get this error every now and then.

Did you go into the server.properties file and turn MySQL on and change your info? Because in the trace it shows SQLlite, which is what is the default for the program, so make sure everything is right in the properties file.

Trying making sure your firewall or anti-virus isn't blocking access to the database. That was happening to me, and I added it to exceptions, then it worked.
