Setting The Default Perbuild

I would like to set my perbuild to Registered(for my website) and I wouldn't have to use /perbuild all the time.

Maybe take the /agree and /disagree command and put them on your server, but instead of having it say type /agree to agree to the rules you can edit it to say, register here <website name> to build and play, and on you website, right after they register send auto-message saying to goto the game and type /agree

...and after a while, after people got the hang of how you do things, new people will come on the server, then others who played on your server for some time will say "type /agree", so no, this system doesn't work. Tried it on my server, people were just telling each other to type /agree.

Like god said, there going to pass around the command to agree.

One solution would be to create a new variable that checks whether they saw the rules or not, but that'd be best implented in the MySQL database itself, but you'd need to edit the .dll for that.
