how to set the server without lava survivel

how can i change the server to level without lava survivel and how i change it back to lava survivel

You have to go to Lava Survival II tab and switch Game mode to Freebuild and restart the application.
Then you should use commands:
/newlvl [levelName] [width] [height] [depth] [flat/mountains/island/pixel/forest]

For example /newlvl freebuild 128 64 128 flat

In order to go to the map write /goto freebuild .

You can also create a portal that will lead players straight to that map by using /portal command.

EDIT:
Valid values for [width/height/depth]:
16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, 1024
