Teleport Issue

Since teleport is in the store I made change the permission to guest. So that people who bought it could use it but it seems that you dont have to buy it from the store to use it. Any help because I don't want guests using it without purchasing it.

/tp, if permission is set to guests, will be useable all the time, by anyone. Set /tp to Op+, and guests that buy /tp will be able to /tp as normal.
