Hey, I've got this problem before too.
But I got it fixed.
Make sure to
go to your portforward site and
login with Admin and your password on your router
Step 1: Delete the port from your Firewall Settings (Port Forward button)
Step 2: Go to Advanced
Step 3: Press Yes
Step 4: Find and Press Port Forwarding Rules
Step 5: Scroll ALL the way down to ADD then press ADD
Step 6: Name it to what ever you want. No need for description.
Step 7: Press Add Server Ports
Step 8: Select your Protocol to TCP
Step 9: Then leave Source Ports alone.
Step 10: Select Single in Destination Ports
Step 11: Put '25565' into the box. Doesn't have to be '25565' its just the default port.
Step 12: Press Apply
Step 13: Press Add Server Ports one more time.
Step 14: This time set the Protocol to UDP
Step 15: As said before leave Source Port alone.
Step 16: Set the Destination port to Single
Step 17: Type in '25565' or any port your gonna use into the box.
Step 18: Press Apply
Step 19: Press Apply again.
Step 20: Now go to Firewall Settings and press Yes
Step 21: Press Port Forwarding on the column on the left of your screen 4 rows down from the top.
Step 22: Select the first column then select Specify IP
Step 23: Type in your IPV4 from yout CMD Prompt example 192.168.1.##
Step 24: Then select the second column find your name that you put for your port.
Step 25: Finally Press Add.
There. You have successfully did the portforwarding right.
I had that same error. But I found the problem. I did the UDP or TCP wrong.
I hope this works for you. :).
