i had an lava survival but i clicked on an accident to zombie suvival and i cant switch it back now...

This is a bug! Something is null...
Anyways, try this: Go to mcdzienny\properties\server, open it, search for "game-mode", and set it to "Lava". Make sure you enter it exacly the same without quotes!That'll work.
