Your SQL Database file may be corrupted, I suggest trying to get a new clean one (keep a backup of the other one, I might be wrong). This would mean redoing people's titles and colors ect..

There's actually two files that are possibly broken: System.Data.SQLite.dll and MySql.Data.dll

I might be wrong, but it's worth a try, so please keep a backup just incase.

It might rid of stats and levels unfortunately but the ranks are stored in text files.

There's some problem related to the database structure. I probably can fix this, but I need more information. Please include a relevant fragment of the normal log, because it should contain important clues.

What do you mean by 'normal log'? Chat/command logs?

I mean the main log, which consists of chat and - what's important here - server messages. It should contain information that an error occured and the sql query that failed.
