Unless your mom checks your computer often, checks the router settings, or monitors connections from and to your router, no, she will not be able to find out. Of course, she can randomly go on your computer and look through your files. Still, why does your mom care about this?

Your mom won't find out untill she checks all your router settings... or she checked this page
Besides that, why does your mom care about port-forwarding? Or why shouldn't she know about this?
