Portal's (Freebuild/lava survival)

So I've made a server which is Freebuild/Lava survival and I have a Main which has 2 portals. One is going to lead to freebuild build and other to Lava survival. As a noob, I don't know how to place portals. So how do make a portal which leads to lava survival? And How do I make a portal which leads to another map, let's just say 'main2'. I really need help asap

For the lava survival, use /lavaportal, for the freebuild, /portal.

Say my friend placed a portal down which has no exits, then she leaves it and logs off. How would I place an exit down for it?

Delete the portal and then make a new portal.

As annoying as it is, you cant do this because portal isnt a block.
