Help please!

Since I added a texture to my classic server, I had to remove the MOTD and replace it with the download file (.cfg). Now I removed ''&0-hax +ophax'' And now people can use hacks under a certain level. Which I don't want them to of course . now when I try add it back it still allows them to use it even me (When I derank myself to guest). I also went into lava.properties and this is what I want and saved it as;

<DisallowHacksUseOnLavaMap>False</DisallowHacksUseOnLavaMap>
<HacksUseOnLavaMapPermission>75</HacksUseOnLavaMapPermission>

Or should it be

<DisallowHacksUseOnLavaMap>True</DisallowHacksUseOnLavaMap>
<HacksUseOnLavaMapPermission>75</HacksUseOnLavaMapPermission>

I don't know but no matter what I put people can still use hacks. (Please help )

Put the old motd in the detail msg of cfg file

I put &0-hax +ophax in the detail bit of the .cfg file. and when I open xwom it just says '-hax +ophax'. And it didn't work :/

Nevermind, I put it in user.detail. My bad. (Fixed now)
