Port Forwarding

Recently I've gotten DSL that came with a new modem that has a built-in router.
Well, the built-in router couldn't portforward, so I disabled it and went back to my seperate router that can.
So to this point, I have a stable static IP internet connection.
I've checked the portforward 10 times, being 100% correct each time, I'm am NOT new to portforwarding, so I'm sure I know how to portforward.
I've even gone as far to disable my Windows Firewall and it still doesn't work (I do not have an anti-virus).

Any suggestions?
