~Help~ 24/7 Server?

Hi,
I need help, Well do you guys know how to make your server 24/7 without shutting down your Laptop/Computer ive tried "sleeping" my Laptop but when i open it again all of the players are disconnected is there other way than that?
And if the only way is VPS, Can show me a free one and help me with a tutorial to make 24/7 on one.
