need to port

need to port

Postby HETAL » 09 Jun 2013, 16:35

As its known, Fireball Lava/Freebuild is closing down, I posted a Need Host Topic in the off topic section but got no replies, I turn on Dmz on my computer and it still doesn't port, I have tried portforward.com but that didn't help me either, is there any way I can. Port my server?

Port forward? If your talking about how to port forward, I would use PFConfig to port forward cause it's very efficient and very easy. I will do a topic HOW to port forward on PFConfig.

Topic moved.

What are you currently doing to port forward, and what point is it at which you decide you can't port forward? (i.e is it when you log on to your router? Is it that you can't log into your router? Is it that you can't find port forwarding options within your router? e.t.c).

I port forward through MCForge. It's quick and simple. :)

I have been able to log into my router and enabled DMZ which should open all ports, but it didn't, so I entered port 25565 into the virtual server settings and applied, it didn't work, on pcconfig it says the update failed, and port checker says the port is closed

The port checker isn't the most trustworthy thing. Many times would it say I wasn't forwarded, yet I was and people still connected to my server.

But no one except me can join my server so it's usually telling the truth
