Is it possible to add custom plugins?

No, the only "plugin" you can add is pretty much custom commands.

@DigitalWrecker, plugin are custom command. Find and add them to your server at Custom Command section.

Custom commands were extended beyond their original purpose, so now they can be used as plugins. It's not the best solution from the design point of view, but it was the quickest way to add new funcionalities to the server. And, what's most important, it works.
Also, you should know that I will add some new events soon that will allow an even greater customization of the server.
