Problem with running software

Postby HeyMan7 » 07 May 2013, 06:26

Hello, I am currently trying to start up a zombie survival server on my old computer. It works fine for 800Craft (or fCraft) but, when I try to run MCDzienny, MCForge, MCDawn or any MCLawl based server software, it throws me an error when I try to start it.
Code: Select all
"Unable to find the version of the runtime to run this application"

I have not been successful in opening the software successfully yet. I do have MySQL installed on the system and .NET 4.0 I am running Win XP Pro
Thanks for any help -HM

It's probably something wrong with your computer, or maybe the server files.

It's not the server files because I've run new versions of each server I listed.

Sorry if off-topic but MCForge for me also doesnt work, but its a MySQL problem due to downloading the 4.0 NET software since MCForge dropped their classic support.

It isn't mandatory to use SQL... one of the only softwares that doesn't require SQL is MCDz...

This did not work. I think it's something to do with .NET framework.

Remember, just have a backup of your NET Framework.
