remote console doesnt do anything

when i log in on the console the login button goes blue for a about 15 secs and then stops and doesnt do anything

Unfortunately the remote console requires Java6 to work correctly. If you have Java7 installed it may act this way.

I've performed some tests and the remote console actually works with Java7. The reason it stops is that there is some connection issue. It's possible you didn't do portforwarding for the remote console port.
