Money changing

i found how to change your money win amount at end of round , so i want to change it from 30 to 80 (because of high amount of money needed to rank up) but everytime i change it in the properties on console and save it , it doesnt work , even if the server is restarted , can someone help me please ? has it got to be done in the main files ?

Make sure you havnt have the server files open in a editor when you save the money.
