How does chat_constant work?

If you were still wondering...

Take for example $name, it displays to a person their name.

In the chat_constant file just make a new line.

The format is "name : message"

Example-

coolstuff : omg this is so cool.

Then on next server startup, when you do $coolstuff it will say the stuff on the right.
