Custom Command Problem

Well, my commands are doing it's join in working, compiling, and loading. However, everytime I start or restart the server, each additional command that i've added needs /cmdload again. I'm tired of doing that to about 20 commands I've imput into my server and have to /cmdload each one everytime I restart the server. Any help?

In the text folder there is a file called "cmdautoload"

Put your commands in there and next time you start your server they will autoload.

Just a help, that don't use /<command> if u want it to work, cause I don't add /<command> in mine
