Give coins to players when offline

I'd like to give coins to players while they arn't on the server, (so, offline)

Reason:

In the server rules, it says they can earn 500 coins, if they register on the server's forums. Only problem is, I can't give it to them when they're offline. So some people complain.

There's a custom command that lets you do it.
