Is it possable to disable fog ?

Hey all,

Not sure if anyone is still here but, fog has always been an issue and seeing long distances stink. Is it possible, on a server level to completely disable fog ?

I saw some things on here saying I need to replace textures but, of course of anything of this age, the files are no longer to be found.
